Introduction
The Metro Nashville Planning Department has drafted an amendment to the Downtown Code’s Bonus Height Program (BHP), which was last updated in 2010. The BHP allows projects to earn additional building height beyond the base entitlements in exchange for incorporating identified public benefits.
