BHPCNS Values Community Input!

Dear Members of the BHPCNS Community, 

BHPCNS prides itself on being a wonderful community preschool where children come to play, grow, and learn and we are constantly working towards providing the best possible preschool experience to our children and their families. 

Since 2019, BHPCNS has had a long-term planning committee whose mission was to create a 5-Year Strategic Plan to guide the school's continued success as a premier preschool in the surrounding community. The planning process included in-depth surveys of current parents, past families, staff, and administrators. Unfortunately, the Covid-19  pandemic delayed the completion of the plan, until now.

As we begin 2023, the BHPCNS Board and I are excited to share with you the final BHPCNS Strategic Plan! Please review the plan by clicking here. As we move the plan forward we would like to hear your thoughts and ideas. We are also looking for volunteers to help make the various goals and objectives a reality. Goal 1: Creative, Safe & Healthy Learning Environment

Maximize our use of the Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church's 6-acre campus to enable high-quality indoor and outdoor play-based programming in a creative, safe, and healthy learning environment.

Objectives to Realize Goal:
Better utilize 6-acre campus
     *Integrate increased outdoor play into curriculum goals and lesson delivery
     *Transition to more naturalized playgrounds
     *Expand utilization of indoor spaces to maximize creative play and sensory rich environments

Enhance safety measures for physical campus and facilities
     *Provide enhanced safety training for all administrative professionals and teachers
