MusicOntario is thrilled to return to Folk Alliance International (FAI) in 2025, where we will be hosting our ninth annual private showcase suite. FAI is the world’s largest gathering of the folk music industry and community, celebrating a diverse range of genres including Blues, Bluegrass, Roots, Celtic, Cajun, Appalachian, Traditional, World, and Singer-Songwriter. The event offers a comprehensive conference, tailored business opportunities, and hundreds of showcase performances.

In collaboration with our supporting partners, MusicOntario will also be organizing additional showcase opportunities at FAI to help Ontario-based artists and companies strengthen their export, touring, and professional strategies. We welcome feedback from anyone working in any tradition or style of folk music.

Exclusive Rates for MusicOntario Members

To attend FAI, artists and representatives must register for the conference. Fortunately, MusicOntario members are eligible for a discounted registration rate:

Artists: $300 CAD (savings of over $500!)
Industry: $350 CAD (savings of over $500!)
Eligibility:

MusicOntario members who have not yet registered for Folk Alliance
Members in good standing

We appreciate all interest, however, for administrative purposes, only successful applicants will be contacted in October 2023. There is no need to follow up. Thank you.
