You have been invited to take this survey because you attended an event that was part of the 2024 Being Human Festival. Your feedback, which only takes a few minutes, will help the event and festival organisers to improve and obtain funding for similar events in the future.

On completion of the survey, we will ask if you wish to be entered into a prize draw for a £50 gift voucher.

Your answers are confidential and will only be seen by external evaluator, Anna Cullum Associates, and the Being Human team. All data will be owned by Being Human and in accordance with the Being Human Privacy Notice.
