We're accepting applications from strata managers, strata committees or building managers from local buildings for the 2025/26 intake of Building Futures.
Please note:
Participating buildings are asked to commit a minimum of $1,000 to implement a cost-effective energy saving measure, within a year of joining the program.
Building eligibility criteria:
* Located in the Waverley Local Government Area
* Strata or community-titled (residential or commercial)
* 25 units and above (residential limit only)
* 25 units and above (residential limit only)
To apply: Please complete all required fields below and submit the form. Allow about 15 mins.
Before you start: You will be asked to upload a copy of a recent electricity and gas bill for your common area accounts and enter your SP number, so it may be easier to get them before you start completing the survey.
