Community Health Survey 2025 - 2028 |
Every three years, Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) produces the Community Health Report. This Community Health Report provides city-specific (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach) health information. Historically, BCHD has used information from the Gallup National Well-Being Index (WBI), the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) as well as the California Health Interview Survey (CHIS) to create this report.
BCHD has developed a new community and individual-level questionnaire to capture additional zip code specific information. This information will be used to compile the 2025-28 Community Health Report as well as guide the selection of BCHD’s Health Priorities.

The last day to complete the survey is Friday, August 23. This survey takes about 20 minutes to complete.
