Thank you for your interest in the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Cancer Section Programs. We offer two programs to assist Michigan residents: the Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Navigation Program (BC3NP) and WISEWOMAN program.

BC3NP provides eligible individuals who qualify with access to breast and cervical cancer screening services (mammograms and Pap tests) and follow-up care, if needed.
WISEWOMAN is a free program that helps eligible people age 35-64 learn about their heart health and lower their risk for heart disease and stroke. The program offers a health check-up and support with nutrition, physical activity, and health coaching.

Please provide the following information below so that a navigator (program staff member) can contact you to discuss the program and help determine whether you or someone you know will qualify. You can expect someone to follow-up with you within 2-3 business days as long as you provide accurate contact information.

If you have any questions, you can reach our program directly by calling 844-446-8727 (TTY 711) or sending an email to: BC3NP@michigan.gov.
