Thank you for your interest in our Basic Self-Defense Class. This class is open to all UCD Affiliates. The course is a 5- part introductory class that will provide you with the knowledge of how to defend yourself in certain situations. Attendees must wear comfortable clothes while participating in the class. Please keep in mind, these classes are first come first serve so space will be limited
