* 2. As part of the Campus Readiness Plan, parents will have options in determining how and when their students will return to campus. While we fully expect to return to class in-person on August 17th, we are also preparing "NCS Plus", an option that will allow families to keep their students home, if they wish, until they feel best. We are asking families which choose NCS Plus to notify the school by August 1st. But, for planning purposes, we would like to get a general indication of how your family is presently feeling about fall. If school were to resume today, which of the options below best describes your current convictions?

Though our convictions may change between now and August 1st, we are presently feeling comfortable about our students returning to in-person classes on the campus.

We are fully committed to returning to campus and we do not anticipate that conviction changing.

Though our convictions may change between now and August 1st, as of today, we would start the school year using NCS Plus and our keep students at home for a period of time.

We are undecided. As of this point, we really do not know whether we will keep our students at home utilizing NCS Plus or if they will return to in-person learning on August 17th.

* 3. The Campus Readiness Plan states that once the mandate for face coverings lapses, the school will recognize that the decision to wear a face covering belongs uniquely with each family. While we will provide face coverings to any that want them and support students and staff who wish to wear them, they will not be required. While we recognize that this is an evolving issue, if school were to resume today, please indicate where your personal convictions lie on this issue.
