Introduction

Thanks for your interest in forming a Local Committee for the PSG 2018 Annual Meeting or beyond! This survey is designed to give the PSG Executive Council information about the proposed a) Local Committee Chair(s) and members b) Local Committee's experience hosting a large meeting and c) location, venue, and field trip options. It is the responsibility of the PSG Executive Council to approve a Local Committee, PSG Annual Meeting location, venue, and budget in a fiscally responsible manner, while striving to satisfy PSG members' preferences from post-meeting feedback surveys.
