Mortgage Finance Gazette, in association with The Openwork Partnership, has launched the third Rated for Service, establishing a new continuous platform that surveys brokers’ opinions on the levels of service provided to them by a comprehensive panel of UK lenders.

Rated for Service creates greater visibility of brokers’ experiences annually, allowing lenders to improve the services they offer.

The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete. No specific client information will be required and your views will remain anonymous and confidential. The results will be reported in March 2025 and your input is invaluable.

This survey is open to AR and non-AR mortgage brokers in the UK only. You will need to give your business email address and your company name before you complete the survey.
