1. Introduction

Greetings,
This questionnaire is part of an effort to continue to identify the unique economic development needs within the 10 counties within Central South Dakota (Corson, Dewey, Haakon, Hughes, Hyde, Jackson, Jones, Mellette, Stanley, and Sully counties) and municipalities within those counties. This survey will be a part of the CSDED updated Regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) . Information gathered will assist CSDED to further refine and update the current CEDS and the work plan to better address the regions needs, provide service to members and better assist those entities outside the District Boundaries.
