Broken Arrow Police Department Community Survey

The Matrix Consulting Group was selected by the City of Broken Arrow to conduct a Comprehensive Needs Assessment of the Broken Arrow Police Department. Input from the community is essential to the study, and we want to hear about your experiences with BAPD, attitudes toward service levels, and any opportunities for improvement.

The survey is anonymous, and individual responses will not be shared with the city, the Police Department, or anyone outside of the Matrix project team. We will tabulate the responses and present a summary of our findings.
