The Morgantown Monongalia Metropolitan Planning Organization is assisting the Mountain Line Transit Authority in developing a short to medium term strategic plan for the bus system. In collaboration with the community and stakeholders, the plan will guide Mountain Line service to the year 2025.

The study team obtained input from hundreds of current bus riders, university students, and community members through online and in-person events in spring 2020. Based on that input, the team is proposing draft recommendations focused on five key areas:

· Improve How Buses Travel

· Improve Street Infrastructure to Support Transit

· Improve Customer Information

· Engage with Emerging Technology and New Mobility

· Partner to Support Access to Opportunity
