What is this survey for?
We need your help in identifying your favorite Public Art works in the region so we can include them in the Passport. You can share just your top favorite or up to four favorites in this survey. Remember, we are only featuring Public Art in the Great Lakes Bay Region, so be sure to list what city and/or county the artworks are in. Thanks!!
Not sure if of all the details about your favorite artworks? No problem! Just describe the works to the best of your ability and we’ll do our research to fill in the blanks! Do you have more than one artwork you want to share? Great, you can fill out this survey as many times as you want - we appreciate your input!
