AFI is hoping to resume therapy services in the very near future. As a parent/guardian, we’re asking for your feedback as we determine how to provide therapy in a way that is safe and effective. We understand the concerns that come with the Coronavirus situation and we want to hear from you. * 2. When AFI reopens with safety measures in place, do you plan to resume services for your child on the week of May 4th?

* 3. Good hygiene is important to stop the spread of Coronavirus. AFI has put in place strict measures regarding hand washing and surface sanitizing. Therapists will be provided hand sanitizer for them and the child to use while they are away from the office. Also, each time they enter the center location they will be required to wash their hands. If a child refuses to wash their hands and practice good hygiene they put themselves and others at risk. If they refuse to follow this hand washing requirement they cannot continue therapy and must return home for the day. Do you agree with this hand washing requirement?

* 4. Transportation providers are also taking additional precautions. If you previously utilized a transportation company for your child do you intend to continue using that service?

* 5. We will continue to have limit regarding the number of people that together in buildings and group settings. If your child and therapist participate in small group activities, what group size would you be comfortable with?

* 6. Many of the usual therapy locations in the community are temporarily closed (playgrounds, libraries, stores, etc). We plan to utilize our center locations on a limited basis, along with parks, nature walks, and other open spaces. Do you have any suggestions of locations where therapy can occur with social distancing?
