Your enterprise agreement (EA) sets your wages and work conditions. It is bargained between the employer, and yourselves as employees who are represented collectively through the HSU. 

Your current industrial agreement (Healthe Care (NSW Private Hospitals) & Health Professionals and Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2020) has now expired and your employer will be issuing the 'NERR', Notification of Employee Representational Rights , once issued - your employer must commence discussions within 14 days.

This is a preliminary survey about what EA priorities matter to you and your colleagues, and what you're willing to do together in support of these priorities. We keep each response confidential, and will NOT share them with your employer.
