HQLR Attorney Performance Survey

This survey is conducted by the Court Improvement Advisory Workgroup, a program within the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts, as part of its oversight of Arizona dependency proceedings, with the goal of enhancing legal representation for children and parents in child welfare cases.
