Send KUDOS to teammates to acknowledge and/or thank them for a job well done, going above and beyond, making your job easier/more successful, setting an outstanding example, showing team spirit, etc.

KUDOS should be meaningful – don’t just send it so a teammate can get a gift card. At least 3 sentences clearly stating the reason for the KUDOS. Submissions that do not meet this requirement will be asked for further justification.

Recipient of a KUDOS will be awarded a $50 gift card (up to 2 total per month per person).

All KUDOS will be published in the next Water Cooler as they are received.
