Archuleta County, in partnership with the Town of Pagosa Springs and the Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation, is conducting a study to assess current and future workforce housing needs, in line with House Bill 24-174. The study seeks input from local employers to understand how housing availability impacts businesses. Employers are asked to complete a confidential survey, with separate responses needed for different business types.


All results are strictly confidential and the responses from individual businesses will not be reported.
