* 6. If you answered yes to the last question, how many free Narcan kits do you want?  Here's some suggestions, if you aren't sure:

Request 1 Narcan kit if you want to have it on hand, just in case you ever witness an opioid overdose.

Request 2 Narcan kits if you are around people who use opioids, or other drugs which could be laced with opioids, and you are concerned over what you'd do if you witnessed an opioid overdose.

Request 3 Narcan kits if you are around people who are heavy opioid users, especially those with an increased risk of opioid overdose, such as those who have overdosed in the past and/or are nearing their release date from jail, treatment, or hospitalization.

Request 4 Narcan kits if you are around people who are at high risk for an opioid overdose and you are in a rural area or an area that has a longer 911 response time.

We will check in with you by email after the training to confirm the number of kits you've requested, and you can modify your request at that time.
