Foundational to this alignment is a culture that supports a healthy, diverse and inclusive work environment. What changes are you and your colleagues noticing about the impact of COVID-19 on your health care organization? What priorities play a crucial role in continuing forward?

Culture is a key indicator of future success. It will be imperative to understand what is and is not working in health care organizations.
