Preface

The African Women in Leadership Program offers coaching, mentoring, and training for selected participants, with the goal of increasing self-confidence, efficacy, communication skills and provides a women’s peer support network, at no cost. AZA believes that tipping the scale to increase female leadership in organizations, and in the industry, will enhance performance and boost well-being.

If you are interested in being considered for this program, your next step is to fill out the following survey. There is no wrong answer, this is merely a screening tool to gauge your compatibility with the program. The program will start in November 2022 and last 9 months.
