ASHG 2024 Island Exhibitor Booth Drawings and Early Move-In Request

Thank you for supporting this year's Annual Meeting with an island booth! Submit your drawings here for approval by show management by September 16, and let us know if you will need additional time to install your booth onsite.

We require these drawings and notification of early move in so we can provide the safest show possible for our attendees and other exhibitors, and so our team at Freeman knows to deliver your booth materials early so you have enough time to build your display.

Island booths are not permitted to be installed onsite without drawings approved in advance by ASHG Exhibits Management. Please review the ASHG Booth Space and Build Overview for guidelines and requirements, especially regarding setbacks and lines of sight. Drawings must be shown in feet and inches and must show dimensions of all elements including hanging signs.
