Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC, the proponent) is consulting the Algonquins of Ontario (AOO) about the replacement of the Timiskaming Quebec Dam-Bridge (the ‘Project’). The dam-bridge spans the Ottawa River connecting Thorne, Ontario with Témiscaming, Quebec, and is located on AOO traditional territory. Click on this link to learn more about the Project.
