The entry process should take about 5-10 minutes, however, it's extensive and detailed, so please read through each question carefully. If you need to see a list of questions before you begin, you can find them here. 

PRODUCT ENTRY GUIDELINES:

- To get started, print out a copy of the Frequently Asked Questions 

- Review the list of questions here. This document is to help with preparation only. The form must be submitted on surveymonkey and paid in order for your product to be considered. 


- When you're ready, click the NEXT button at the bottom of the screen and enter the online entry form

-Don't forget to pay here  when you are done and submit your hi res photo 

Please note: you cannot save an unfinished application and return to it later. It has to be completed in one sitting.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
After you enter, you will be contacted with shipping instructions. Before accessing the online shipping information form contained in these instructions, you will need your Submission ID number. This ID number is provided in the payment confirmation email which you will receive once you have paid for your entry using our online credit card payment form. Only submit shipping information when you have complete shipping and tracking information available.
