1. Introduction

We believe Family Networks play an important role in the lives of families with children who have disabilities. Your Family Network sees a bright future for all young children with disabilities, and works hard to make sure the community is a welcoming and supportive place for you and your child and/or family member. So that we know how and where to put our resources (staff time, funding, activities), we want to hear from you.

We believe families are the most important source of information to guide how Family Networks deliver their services. With that in mind, we ask you to please take the next 10 minutes to share your ideas, your thoughts, and your experiences with us. It will help us to effectively reach more families.
