Levels of Service Public Engagement Questionnaire

The Township of Russell continues to grow and develop as a community. A well-functioning infrastructure system of roads, bridges, water and wastewater, parks, facilities, and recreational centres keeps the economy moving and provides a high quality of life to residents. But where we have invested money in the past may not reflect how we should move forward.

Many factors can shape how we prioritize infrastructure services as a community. These can include a growing and changing population, the local and regional economies, social and environmental factors, and policies developed by senior governments at the provincial and federal levels.

The purpose of this short survey is to obtain feedback from residents on our infrastructure services, discuss community expectations, as well as the costs and benefits of making changes to where we invest in the future.
