AITI Stakeholder Perception Survey 2022

The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) is a statutory body established on 1st January 2003 to license, regulate and develop Brunei Darussalam’s Info-communications technology (ICT) industry. AITI is responsible for, among others:

 

i.         Telecommunications and radio-communications regulation;
ii.        Radio frequency spectrum planning and management; and
iii.       Promotion of ICT industry development.

 

This survey is used to assess how stakeholders view AITI as an organization. This survey will assess the way external stakeholders perceive AITI's practices in areas such as communications, engagement, policies and procedures, service delivery, as well as overall roles and responsibilities. The results of this survey are beneficial to evaluate the success of past initiatives and formulate future programs.
