Please note: Volunteer selections are at the discretion of AHRI and will be based on the needs of the Convention. Pending submissions received, some candidates may not be selected. Those that are available for several shifts or full days will be given preference.

Volunteers will be provided with appropriate food and beverages during allocated shift/s.
All volunteers will receive a Convention Volunteer t-shirt (to keep). Volunteers are required to wear these when onsite with dark corporate style pants or skirt and dark enclosed shoes. Please note, sizes are generous.

Networking opportunities with HR Professionals, AHRI staff and Emerging HR professionals will take place as part of the Welcome Reception Official Open with Keynote speaker on Monday 15 August, between 5.00pm and 8.30pm.
Please Note:
1. Volunteers Workplace Health and Safety will be covered by AHRI and ICC Sydney's respective insurance policies.
2. Volunteers are expected to behave in a professional, polite manner. Aggressive, inappropriate and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in instant dismissal and remission of volunteer benefits.
3. Monetary reimbursement will not be made for any associated costs, including but not limited to transport, additional meals, uniforms and medical needs.
4. Mobile phone use during shifts is permitted, but practical discretion of use must be exercised.
