Have you had to seek or accept a lower paid role as a registered nurse or nursing support worker in any setting, any employer in the last five years to get the hours, working conditions, flexibility or opportunities you need?
Perhaps your role has been down banded for another reason? We are interested in collating more information about this trend in the workforce.
If you have taken a pay cut/lower rate of pay in nursing (e.g. you are now in a job with a lower band for example) we are interested in your views.
