The first couple of pages are basic contact information. On the third page, please read through all the questions before filling out each section. Give details of how the gifts and calling of God have already been forming in your life. We have found that the more you articulate the calling on your life, the better we can process & be in prayer for your life. Also, please carefully read through pages 5 - 14(this is the "Acceptance of and Assent to Bylaws and Tenets of Faith and Doctrine").
Completion of the application does not guarantee acceptance into ACTS. Once an ACTS church is fully adopted, it will be publicized on actsglobal.com as an affiliated church. This application process gets the 'conversation going.' We look forward to your story!
