The ACEC/MA Water, Energy, & Environment Committee (WEEC) is forming 3 Task Forces to collect member comments and submit them on behalf of ACEC/MA member firms by April 30, 2024. Please sign up to be on one of the Task Forces to collect comments that we'll submit to MassDEP.

Task Forces are:

- MassDEP Wetlands Regulations, ACEC/MA Lead on our comments: Kevin Walsh, Stantec

- MassDEP 401 Water Quality Certification Regulations, ACEC/MA Lead on our comments: Andrew Thuman, HDR

- MassDEP Waterways Regulations, ACEC/MA Lead on our comments: Seth Lattrell, VHB
