ACDIS Resource Library submission form

Each and every tool in the ACDIS Resource Library was contributed by an ACDIS member and reviewed for helpfulness and compliance by the Resource Library Committee. The Library is built by members and for members, so ACDIS calls for submissions to help fill gaps in the current offerings.

Please use the following form to submit your tools for committee review and potential publication in the Library. The committee will review materials submitted on a rolling basis and during bimonthly meetings.
