We invite students studying Event Management or related fields to apply to the Student Experience Volunteer Program at the upcoming Australian Business Events Association (ABEA) two-day conference and awards gala dinner.

Successful participants in the Volunteer Program will gain practical experience by assisting with key tasks across the two-days, and will also have the opportunity to participate in plenary presentations, educational sessions, and the awards dinner.


Expressions of interest are due by 17 November, 2024. All selected participants are required to complete two one-hour briefing sessions prior to the event, as well as have availability to volunteer on December 10 and 11 at ICC Sydney.


Volunteer opportunities are limited, and selections will be made based on a review of each application.
ABEA does not cover the cost of volunteer travel, accommodation or associated costs.
