All JCA Members who are graduate and medical students, postdoctoral fellows, and physicians-in-training who submit abstracts may be considered for a Scholar-in-Training Award to offset a portion of the registration, travel and subsistence expenses incurred in attending this conference. To apply for an award, applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from their program supervisor or department head that describes the quality of their clinical and/or experimental work. Applicants must also submit a CV (including a list of publications) and a short personal statement describing their research area and interests, current work setting, reasons for attending this conference, and career aspirations.
