Health Professionals: Workplace Mental Health Experiences and Insights

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences. The purpose of this survey is to capture the voices of Tasmanian clinicians as we work to understand and improve mental health support in workplaces across our state.
Your insights will help us identify what’s working well, uncover gaps or challenges, and explore ways to make mental health support more effective and accessible for workers and employers. This survey also provides an opportunity to reflect on your experiences both as a clinician and within your own workplace.
