INTRODUCTION

Thank you for applying for the Schick 2024 Civil Scholarship. The scholarship programme aims to provide support for secondary school students to gain a tertiary qualification in a civil related field and the opportunity to build a future career with Schick.

Students applying for this scholarship must be students in Year 12 or 13 intending to undertake full time study from the start of 2025. You must be willing to commit to a job with Schick part time while studying and full time for up to three years dependent on the level of support provided.

The application form is in four main parts:

  4. General Information & Attachments
The survey should take between 20-30 minutes to complete depending on what information you have available. There are a number of long answer questions, please try to keep your answers between 100 and 150 words or less.

You may want to include the following in your application
  • An academic transcript (NCEA certificate)
  • Any letters of endorsement from school or others
  • A Curriculum Vitae outlining any work experience and skills
  • Photos or PDF examples of a project or assignment that highlights your skills and interests
