HR Technology Adoption: Matching Reality to Expectations
Welcome to the first annual HR Tech Adoption study. This survey is designed to better understand the factors that create a successful HR technology project. It is intended to be completed by individuals who were directly involved in the selection and implementation of an HR technology system in the last four years.
The survey is brief and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. This survey will ask about HR technology projects completed at your organization over the last four years, and will ask you to provide more detailed information on one recent project. To answer these questions, you will need to be aware of the project goals and expected benefits, the operational details (such as budget and staffing), and the outcomes of the project. All information provided will be entirely confidential and will be shared only in the aggregate.
