The survey should take about 7-9 minutes to complete.
Here’s what to expect:
1. Workplace Communication Tools & Clarity
The survey starts with some questions about the tools you use to communicate — like email, Slack/MS Teams, and meetings (both scheduled and spontaneous). You’ll also be asked how clearly you, your teammates, and managers communicate, especially when it comes to responsibilities, accomplishments, and mistakes.
2. Sharing & Receiving Information
Next, you’ll focus on how information is shared and received. Are people (including you) sharing complete and accurate information? Are important details being left out or misunderstood? This section is all about whether the right info is getting to the right people — and being acted on.
3. Workplace Satisfaction and Demographics
Next is with a few questions about how you feel in your role — your overall satisfaction and how much you enjoy your team and the work you do. The survey is then concluded with a couple of workplace and personal demographics questions that you are welcome to ignore if you don’t feel comfortable answering.
Thanks again for your time and honesty — I really appreciate it!
