TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT

Please do not make any travel arrangement until you have received the confirmation from the EFJ.

The EFJ will only cover two-night accommodation for a single room (participants will pay extra to stay in double room). If you have to stay an extra night due to the unavailability of flight, this can be covered by the EFJ. But please notify the EFJ secretariat before.

Extra stay for personal reasons will not be covered. However, we can make arrangement for you if you wish to stay longer. Please indicate in Question 5 on other/comment section.
