Next Generation Financial Leaders Workshop
Join the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) and Washington's bank and credit union associations for a free, four-day program that will connect the next generation of financial leaders with mentors from today's financial industries.
Learn directly from industry experts, gain invaluable mentorship, and explore a career in the financial services and regulatory industries.
DATES: June 23-26, 2025
LOCATION: University of Washington Tacoma Campus
AGENDA: Participants will spend two days on-site at the University of Washington Tacoma Campus, followed by a day in a local bank or credit union. The final day will be virtual for all participants.
Note: Virtual attendance may be available for the first two days if you reside more than 75 miles outside the Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle area. This virtual component will be limited to 10 applicants.

How to Apply? Please fill out this application fully and submit your resume. Applications will be accepted until April 30. Participants will be notified of their selection for the workshop in early May.
Applicant requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Provide your own transportation to the workshop.
* Be able to commit and attend all days of the workshop.
* You do not need to be enrolled in college to participate in this workshop.
