Revision of ProNET Modules - Survey for MSMEs (Participants)

Caribbean Export is engaging in a regional stakeholder consultation of its flagship capacity building training ProNET, with a view to updating the course content.
The main purpose of this engagement is to:
• Determine if the Agency is meeting the needs of beneficiaries adequately;
• Identify strengths and gaps in the range of modules offered to determine if there is opportunity to create new modules;
• Identify areas for updating and augmenting specific content within each module;
• Assess the relative effectiveness of different methods of delivery of the content – face-to-face and online – in order to inform conversion of the course material to an online format over time;
• Anticipate changes in the needs of the target audience.

We thank you for your time in completing this survey and give the assurance that all responses will be treated confidentially. You may be invited to participate in a focus group upon completion of this exercise.
