The Shire is undertaking a review of the Shire of Dundas Norseman Cemeteries Local Law No.2, the Dogs Local Law and the Activities on Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2016.
The purpose of the Norseman Cemeteries Local Law No.2 is to provide for the management of the Norseman Cemetery and create offences for non-compliance. To view a copy of this local law click here.
The purpose of the Dogs Local Law is to make provisions on the impounding of dogs, requirements and limitations on the keeping of dogs, approved kennel establishments and the control of dogs in public places. To view a copy of this local law click here.
The purpose Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law is to restrict and prohibit activities on thoroughfares, and trading in thoroughfares and public places. To view a copy of this local law click here.
