EPP Performance Assessment Waiver Survey

While Executive Order (EO) 103 is in effect, the performance assessment requirement is waived for Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) certification candidates who are on track for completing educator preparation programs in spring 2020 and provisional teachers who hold a Certificate of Eligibility (CE) and are applying for standard certification.

Individual candidates and school district personnel should not submit this survey. This survey is only for preparation programs. Candidates should contact their preparation programs with questions. Candidates who are not currently enrolled in a program should email rpr@doe.nj.gov with questions.

Every CE and CEAS approved preparation provider must submit a COVID-19 plan to the NJDOE via this survey by May 30, 2020 or prior to recommending spring 2020 completers for certification, whichever is earlier. Providers that operate both CE and CEAS programs must submit a separate plan for each pathway. Plans will be reviewed by the NJDOE.
