B.E. and L.B.E. Consignment Appointment Request Survey

1.All items must be in excellent condition or new. Specifically, they need to be free from stains, pilling, fading, smells (cigarettes/musty from storage), and hair.(Required.)

I have pets, but my clothes will be freshly washed and lint rolled on a clean surface.

2.We photograph each item individually and organize purges by sizes for easy shopping. Please sort bags by size, so we can take pictures immediately after unbagging them.(Required.)

I will stack the women's clothes from biggest to smallest in my trash bags

I will sort my kid's clothes with grocery bags inside my trash bag. For example, I will put all 12m in a grocery bag, all 24/2t in one grocery bag, etc. I will also keep all of the girls and boys items in separate bags.

3.We are currently taking WINTER season clothes ONLY.(Required.)

I will only send WINTER items: long sleeves, sweaters/cardigans, hoodies/sweatshirts, boots or tennis shoes in excellent condition, high-rise wide leg/flare jeans, maxi/midi dresses with long sleeves, coats, If you have questions, please reach out.

4.We can book appointments for minimum of 2 FULL (at least 25 items) kitchen size trash bags. Please specify how many full WOMEN'S bags you'll have.(Required.)

I am so grateful you are interested in selling with Beloved Evergreens and/or Little Beloved Evergreens. Please understand, I get a lot of requests and sometimes there is a wait for a drop-off. I am picky about what we accept, because I try to choose items that meets the needs of the majority of our population of buyers (women between 25-45 yr). Items are only posted for 7 days, so I photograph and post the trendiest/best condition clothes, so they have the highest chances of selling within such a quick timeframe. If your appointment request is approved, you will receive an email and text with your scheduled date. It'll show a scheduled time, but you can drop-off at any time on your scheduled day or the day/evening before.
