What is a public market? Public markets typically host a wide variety of vendors that sell fresh produce, local baked goods, meats and cheeses, beer and wine, and other locally made food items. Visitors to public markets can often dine in or take out freshly made prepared foods, too. Handmade crafts are often available. Public markets may also include space for events, classes, music performance, and/or tourism information and services. A successful public market can serve as a central hub for commerce and culture in Zillah!
