About the Project:
Cone Architecture is working on the development of 4401 42nd Ave SW. The new development will include a new five story apartment building containing small efficiency dwelling units and live-work units. Parking will be provided off the existing alley at ground level and underground in garage. Planning has just begun and construction could start as early as Spring 2021.
