Family, friends and carers WM Survey 2024

This survey is specifically aimed at family members, friends and carers of people diagnosed with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia (WM) or lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL), living in the UK or Europe. If you are a patient with WM or LPL, please visit our survey for patients.

This survey is designed for people aged 18 years or more. The estimated time for completion is 20 minutes. Responses are saved after you submit each page, meaning you can leave and come back to complete it at another time.

Through the survey, we refer to 'WM'. When this is the case, we are talking about people diagnosed with non-IgM LPL, as well as people diagnosed with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia.

If you are a healthcare professional or have another interest in WM, then we will be in touch in different ways to canvas your opinions and experiences.
