Preceptor of the Year Nomination Form

Nominate your residency preceptor for the 1st Annual RCOR Preceptor of the Year Award which will be presented at the closing ceremony of the conference. Due date for nominations is April 13th, 2025.


Purpose: To recognize an individual who has consistently demonstrated enthusiasm for the mentoring and education of pharmacy residents.
Eligibility: Preceptors who consistently perform at the highest standards and significantly contribute to individual resident’s development are eligible for this award. Eligible preceptors include individuals who have worked directly with the resident in this past year (e.g. rotation preceptor, research preceptor, etc.)
Selection Method: The Residency Conference of the Rockies (RCOR) planning committee will review all the nominations submitted and will select a winner.
Award Presentation: The winner will be recognized at the closing ceremony of RCOR.
